I love this vintage Polo Ralph Lauren glen check jacket. I believe this is 1990s era. It may be 80s, but I think it is 90s. The Harrington jacket is always a go-to in the spring, but this glen check is a bit more interesting. A bit off the beaten path. It feels both a bit more rugged than a Harrington while also feeling less "sporty" [whatever that means].
The check is so bold and so unique on this style of jacket that it almost makes it easy to incorporate in an outfit. It's so bold in in that in leaning into the casual, care-free tension, it makes it easy to incorporate. It's a great jacket and one of my favorite pieces for early spring.
